I was ensnared in a scorched earth hostile takeover attempt of my company. The average size law firms would burn through the retainer and year after year same result. I was about loose the battle and saw Jonathon's sign. I talked to him. He understood the situation. We worked on an OSC motion and filed it. That motion stopped all my litigation and the battle was over. Of all the litigation I've been in, that was the most brilliant thing I've experienced.

This lawyer helped me save my home. I have recommended him to many of my friends who he helped as well. You can't expect to walk away with a free house, but he is worth every penny spent.

This lawyer is a very smooth talker, but once you sign a contract with him he will not return you phone calls and e-mails. He dragged along our bankruptcy case over 2.5 years, and ultimately the case was dismissed because of his malpractice and serious mistakes made by him. So we end up loosing over $10000 on his fees, court fees, trustee fees and getting a lot of aggravation, frustration with getting no answers to any communications to be know back to square one Stay away!

This law firm helped save my home. I was underwater and in trouble and they came to my aid and were able to modify my home loan lowering my interest and principle. They are highly recommended.

if anyone rates this so called attorney higher than a low score it must be the lawyer himself i paid good money to this guy and his hoodlums and they pronised me a win and i got nothing am about to file bankruptcy because of this malpractice i should have known a lawyer right out of law school wouldnt know what to do but they should know when to give the client their money back terrible firm bunch of lies
