John Heaney has a tendency to jump to conclusions and can be rude to staff or anyone in service. He either missed a call or was not given a message by his assistant and immediately lashed out to staff in a manner that could only be described as arrogant. If you don't give him what he wants, he will send scathing notes that are completely unnecessary and copy everyone. Is he a good lawyer, I can't really say. Is he a person you want to spend time with? Think it through carefully. Life is too short.
