Based on my experience, I have concerns about this attorney's billing and communication practices. I was billed for a consultation that I paid for at the time of service, and I also received an invoice that appeared to contain information intented for another client, violating attorney-client privilege. Charges seemed to result from administrative errors, yet I was still asked to pay for charges that were not mine. Several years after my initial consult, I received emails asking me to again pay these charges that were not mine. I never retained this attorney or signed any fee agreement with her. Given my experience, I would not use her services for any legal matter. She is extremely rude and unprofessional.

She does not manage her time wisely. The opposing counsel has to be willing to chase/nag her. She does not respond professionally, but with hostility. She acts as if she is inconvenienced when opposing counsel inquires and follows up. She is unresponsive and unprepared. She should go back to being a Paralegal because she struggles with running her own business. She says what you want even if it makes no sense.

I actually went against this woman in a case. She sucks. It was a riot tho lol. Very amusing.

Selena Knapp-Norgaard is a wonderful attorney. She is knowledgeable, completed everything for me in a timely manner, and was delightful to deal with. I was provided quality work at a reasonable price. I couldn't have asked for a better attorney. I highly recommend her for anyone with a family law issue.

I worked with Selena on my divorce case and I couldn't have been happier. She made the process incredibly easy, and was always there when I needed assistance. I am hoping not to have to use her again, but should the situation arise she will be my first choice.

I recently used Selena Knapp-Norgaard to represent me in child custody, parenting time and child support case. She was very personable, attentive, knowledgeable, aggressive and organized. I wouldn't have been able to make the first step in my case without Selena. I wouldn't have made it without her. She knew exactly what to do. As a single mother who was fighting for her child, I highly recommend Selena as one of the best Family Law attorneys in Arizona. Trust me she is worth it!
