Anna Bates represented me in a 'long' and complicated divorce proceeding. Without her expert representation I would never have been able to see my kids again. Today I have full custody and and regular support payments.

I contacted Ms. Bates during a separation/divorce in 2011. After the initial consultation and subsequent discussion in her office in Westerville, I discovered that Ms. Bates was actually acting as counsel for my now ex-wife. Information which was obtained during my two conversations with Ms. Bates were not kept confidential, and was used aggressively during the divorce proceedings. Unfortunately, Ms. Bates does not see the value in the client/attorney privilege. Be wary of misplaced trust.
