My severely disabled daughter received close to 4 million dollars as a result of the effort of Simpson Thomas. Their highly professional team headed by Anthony Thomas put the client as priority. They handle all our problems with the utmost efficiency and compassion. Our decision of choosing Simpson Thomas was definitely a wise decision. We appreciate Simpson Thomas from our heart.

This is the worst law firm in the lower mainland. Bernie Simpson is nowhere to be contacted via any means except for on the local radio talk shows where he promises that his firm is not friends with ICBC and his lawyers are the best, etc. etc. My father was rear ended by a semi truck. His family physician made it very clear that he is unable to continue to work and Jean Hebert, one of his laywers, was willing to settle his case for $75,000.00, including all ICBC other costs including Physio visits and his cost of 24% of the total settled amount.
Jean Herbert never returned any of our 10 phone calls. We only had one visit with Jean Herbert. When Mr. Simpson was on the radio talk show, we phoned in to the radio station and spoke with him on air and explained the situation, he cut out conversation short with an apology and asked us to call back at the office and that he would answer our call. He never called us back but Jean Herbert called us back and was angry that we spoke to
