This lawyer is bent on delaying the process at every step of litigation. An experienced lawyer such as this would be expected to not aggravate the process by delays. Not following the Rules of Court seems to be the norm for him. He accuses the other side of "lawyerly games" when in fact he is the one engaging in it. For instance, when asked for equivalent disclosure and having agreed to it, he will not follow through after receiving the same from the other side. Hence tghe opposing side is unable to mount a rightful and proper defense against nebulous claims that are not evenn specified in a timely manner. This is just one example. Submitting a complaint to the Law Society appears to be futile according to feedback, even though the Lawyer's Code of Conduct clearly defines intentional delay of proceedings as unacceptable. 13 years of separation initiated by his client with no further follow up by them, the Defendant initiated the process in August of 2009 and it remains unresolved.
