After 3 years of financial depletion by my now ex and my supposedly high end lawyers, I cut my losses and limped into Randy Brant at SV Law having been rejected by 3 other firms because of the mess that had been made of my file. Mr. Brant rose to the challenge and truly listened to me obtaining a nondissipation order the day before Covid closed the courts. This saved my asset which would otherwise have been sold out from under me! He also got a court date set despite Covid, and that finally prompted the other side to move which settled my case in less than a year from retaining Mr. Brant. My previous lawyers had twice cited 7 years after their original assurances that they could resolve in a year! Mr Brant did just that! Less than a year. He cleaned up the mess, got the settlement and displayed far superior conduct, character, and handling of the case. I wish I had found him first. I hope this helps somebody else to choose the right man for the job from the outset.

I am a woman and hired Randy. He basically ignores you and could care less about your kids or anything important to you. He "distracts" you away from the issues. You are not a puppy to be played with, stick it to him.

Mr. Brant is a litigation lawyer - you're not hiring Mary Poppins. Self-confidence is not arrogance; and it's not bragging when you've actually done it. Expense is a relative concept - you get what you pay for. Mr. Brant resolved in 20 minutes, what had been building for over 4 years.

Never consider this lawyer. He is extremely unorganized and quite frankly his arrogance prevents him from doing his job. He will tell you repeatedly how good he is and how he has done well against the toughest lawyers. I don’t believe one word of it. His only interest appears to build a file by writing letters and attending 4 way meetings which he was unprepared for. He is extremely expensive. Eventually retained another lawyer and was told he had seen a matter resolved in trial sooner, less expensive and more amicably. Don’t be fooled

I would highly recommend Randy Brant. I hired him to handle my separation and divorce as well as my will. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable, but also kind, patient and personable. He and his team guided me through the entire separation and divorce process and helped me achieve a fair agreement and exactly what I wanted. Because of Randy and his team, everything went very smoothly and I am so happy and grateful that I went to him.

Fantastic lawyer! Kept my expectations realistic and delivered what he said he could deliver. Could not more highly recommend Mr. Brant. He responds to inquiries in a timely fashion, provides incredibly helpful advice. He is pleasant to speak with, his legal assistants are highly competent and are also helpful, prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. His advocacy is top notch. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone needing a family / divorce lawyer. If this rating service went up to "awesome" that would be my rating.

Just terrible had a separation agreement done then he went on vacation and cost me 30 grand and my kids!!! Stay away

This man avoided mediation until $30k+ was spent. Then resolved the issues in mediation exactly as offers were put out $25k earlier. He has no values, no ethics and is a nasty human being. There is not a collaborative bone in his body.
