She is rude, swears at you and hangs up the phone before you have the opportunity to state why you are calling. Ducks any contact with her wards families. Shocking that the Court system of Guardianship is so broken.

I've work with Mary Rowan, and i had a pleasant experience. Shes been very professional to me in working with her wards. She and her staff are loving people. She helped me with my love one.

She was appointed as guardian to both my parents by judge Keith, even though my brother has durable POS signed by me father. She has lied about communicating with my brother over my dad's finances. She lied when she said she didn't get all paperwork to file my mind Medicaid redetermination submitted. She has now barred us from getting info at the nursing home where both parenrs are and hospitals. She refused to let me attend my mom's Dr visits as I've done the last year. She's nasty to you won't return calls or texts, then tells the judge we don't communicate with her. It's downright illegal and immoral. She should be disbarred and not allowed to be anyone's guardian.

I have heard horrible reviews and reports of this Guardian attorney. Well we got to witness it for ourselves first hand. Mary Rowen is enormously rude, very poor at communication, her and the office admin voicemail is always full. They don't return calls. What's worse is seniors that need care are being ignored and not getting it! Hard to believe the court system is appointing them to families. Horrible!

I need help! Recently mrs. Rowan was appointed guardian of my father without the knowledge of our family. I have been caring for my dad for the last five years or so. I found out when my dad went to the bank and found out she has all the control. This woman came to our house 1 time for about 15 minutes and made nobones about her goal is to have my dad put into a nursing home even tho we are against that. I'm told that I cannot leave my dad alone so I care for him 24/7. My dad receives 2 checks and she doesn't allow enough for us to live on. We are borrowing money, going to food banks and doing without while according to our bills she's banking around $3000 a month. Which is crazy who is she or anyone else to tell my 81 year old father that he has to save every penny and do without. I can't afford a lawyer, but I did file paperwork thru the court to fire her and request guardianship. Any help would be appreciated....god bless you. Please call anytime 734/695/0326.

Mary Rowen has my mother at Maple Manor in 3999 Venoy Rd. Wayne Mi. with Anna Duba being in charge of the site. Mary tells Anna what to do and when to do it. They are in it together in my opinion. Mary has many people in there and gets them no medical help and no money. They are holding my mother there against her will and the court will do nothing. Mary is robbing the eldery and something must be done about it!!! She is crazy and when I call her all she does is scream and treats me like I'm a piece of dirt and then hangs up on me. She lie's to the court also. I am beginning to think the court is corrupt because why would they turn people over to Mary knowing of all the complaints she has against her if she has the best interest of the elderly. I am contacting the IRS on her because I think she is corrupt and cares nothing about the people just the money!! I also think Anna Duba is in on it to because she lie's all the time for Mary. I need help!!

Mary Rowan is a sneaky & vile human being (I use the term human loosely!) She violates basic human rights, fails to care for her clients and mistreats their families. The woman should be disbarred and arrested for elder abuse! I wouldn't allow this criminal to represent my goldfish! She's a fraud and is crude! She lacks a 2 year old's ethical values!

After looking for help and guidance, I turned to Mary Rowen for assistance. Not only was she very unprofessional and difficult to work with, she has very poor listening skills. After three attempts by phone with each call opening and ending with Mary either yelling, insulting or being disrespectful, I had to end a potential working relationship with her.

Ms. Rowan is serves as a court appointed guardian for many patients in hospitals throughout the Metro area... she ducks phone calls does not seem to care anything about her clients nor her duties as a guardian and is abrasive and difficult to deal with all in all a real gem!
