Lynda took over a case that was purposely being dragged by a previous law firm in 2020 and helped my family finalize our family matter this year. Her free 30-minute initial consultation allowed me to explain my case. She provided realistic results. Ms. Hinkle is a true advocate and she champions full throttle for her client. She advocated and stayed with me for close to a year to resolve my custody and family matter. Even though it was becoming expensive, she made sure to limit certain actions that would increase the cost of my legal matter. She is not driven by money but by the divine rule of order. She has a great personality and knows how to communicate with the opposing counsel and the Judge to get the best and realistic results for her client. Thank you for championing for me and my family. I hired Lynda for 9 months to the tune of $3675 for a simple divorce. No kids, no property, and no alimony. We did have to wait for 2 bankruptcies to finalize, and Lynda didn't have to file motions. She created a CIS, answer, and counterclaim, but the opposition created the MSA. Lynda then requested another $3100 (almost $7000 in total) for my divorce. I have worked with many lawyers and I considered this highway robbery. I fired her after the 9 months and when my divorce was finalized by another lawyer, I asked for a partial refund of $1150 as we didn't meet with the opposition, and Lynda was out to rake me over the coals. If you have money to burn, go ahead and hire her, otherwise, I would recommend that you avoid hiring her. There are much better lawyers out there that cost less. She actually called me an extortionist because I told her that I was going to post truthful (bad) reviews since she would only agree to refund $200. Avoid at all cost! You have been warned!!!

Worst lawyer i have ever encountered for family law. she had no knowledge of the laws, child support calculations. she did no follow up with the court, sent my information to the wrong court, didnt understand how child support was calculated and charged me for doing child support calculations that were not even done correctly. I had more success using the government website on child support laws to answer my question. she was useless
