Absolute worst lawyer ever!! Obtained him 3 months prior to a court date I had in January 2022. He failed to serve my ex husband stating “it was too close to Christmas”. Rescheduled our court date to April 2022. This lawyer had zero knowledge of my case in the proceedings, minimal evidence brought to court, and barely said anything on my behalf. Gave me false information on relocating and I temporarily lost my children in court. FACS has been involved multiple times with my ex-husband, ex husband failed to see his kids for almost 4 months, David Maltby failed to mention relocation paperwork and instead, advised me to move with my children and enroll them in school. 2 days prior to us moving, he called me and advised that I give custody to my ex husband. I lost my children over this man and his negligence. DO NOT USE THIS LAWYER!!!

This law firm is absolutely awful to work with. If you want a lawyer who returns your calls and emails in a timely manner, answers your questions, is organized and on top of things, then DO NOT use this law firm. During one of the most stressful times in my life they made it 1000 times for stressful when their job was to help and get paid well to do so. It was so incredibly disappointing. It's too bad that lawyers have such a bad reputation but this firm solidified why for me.

Worst lawyer ever! Never responds, neither does his staff. Didnt speak up for me one bit in family court. Made a deal for child support with out my knowing the rules/laws. Absolutely AWFUL. Run away from this lawyer!!!

terrible at returning calls you are better to go there in person to get any answers in a timely fashion.. Don't seem to be on the ball neither him or his clerk. Will not use their services again, we chose them as we were in need of a lawyer asap to close a mortgage refinance and it was a nightmare..would not recommend.

Lies, gives you false promises and never ever ever calls or emails you back and he and his office staff never answer calls and they also dont return calls. I am in this for months and months of a basic divorce and I am no futher ahead from when I started. You put your personal life in his hands and it seems to not matter.

Worst lawyer ever! Neither he nor his secretary answer the phone or call you back. I hired him six months ago and he has not even filled out the initial court application. He had literally not done one thing! He should not have a law licence. He was only available for the first appointment to get the retainer and then that's it!

Worst lawyer ever. He and his office never call you back, for anything. He's fumbled my case at every turn, his secretary is rude and incompetent. Worst legal experience I've ever had, I regret hiring him.
