Terrible experience. Showed up for the preliminary and then never seen him again. He sent Al to remaining court cases. They never filed any motions, they never even read the discovery, yet encouraged a plea. When I asked how can you know if the plea is a good deal if you never read the discovery. And although I read the discovery multiple times, highlighted and made notes of the errors, he still encouraged the plea. He did not fight even a little bit for us and now another black man has been jailed but Blaine is paid....which appears to be all he really cares about.

This is a crooked firm. The attorneys give bad (even illegal) advice that will land you in an even bigger mess, and then deny doing so. Al Burke advised his client to skip town when she tried to turn herself in for an active warrant. Nicole Nino, lied about filing motions and didn't even show up to a scheduled court hearing, then gave ridiculous excuses for both issues when confronted. Completely unprofessional and unethical. Don't waste your money like I did. I ended up having to hire a brand new law firm.

Paid money to have him get my fiance out of jail. I went to a hearing that he said he didn't have to attend. The clerk there said the lawyer absolutely should attend, and when she called him, he stated he was working on a different case with me, which was absolutely *not* true. Repeated calls to him for information only resulted in his calling me to chastise me for wanting to know what was going on. In the end (and unfortunately after he already cashed one of my payment checks), I made literally every call to find out why my fiance was still in jail after 3 months (only was held because of an unsigned traffic ticket that, if Mr. Jones had taken it to him in jail to get signed like I had asked, would have resulted in my fiance's being out of jail almost a month earlier) and I was the one who coordinated everything to get him out.
