She treats you like a person, not just client. She will appropiately inform you of all your options so that you may make and educated decion on how your case shall continue. Bobbi always returned phone calls and during meetings she was always present, in the moment, not thinking about all her other cases.

I asked for a Pension Plan QDRO for my attorney in Los Angeles who is representing me in court. After my ex-husband had agreed to 50-50 all assets he is now saying that the Pension Plan wasn't an asset.)It took over a year of constantly calling, e-mailing before I received an unacceptable QDRO. It was part Pension Plan and part 401K and just plain badly written (the Administrator of the Pension Plan would not even accept part of the QDRO). I had paid $600 up front for the document which should have taken a couple days. She has now left the practice and has a practice of her own. I am still dealing with the Law Firm that is responsible and they are dragging their feet. It's been over a week and a half since I asked for a proper QDRO. I've tried to call and they are "unavailable". I'm really in trouble since I am on a fixed income and have no more money. I really don't know what to do. I am so disappointed that they will not take responsibility for this employee's mistake upon mistake.
