This lawyer, Mr. Ahmed, advised a client not to disqualify a commissionerm, saying one would always get a worse commissioner. The commissioenr involved was later banned from hearing the case, on appeal by the S.F. Court of Appeals due to bias.

Not a very good lawyer. He lost a slam dunk case of mine because he was over confident and under prepared. Hard to get response via email or phone. No trial prep for me. Bad questions to plaintiffs/complainants during cross examination. Poor advice to me. I tried to give him the benefit of the doubt, but his continued inaction and flakey style was unacceptable. If you are in a bind, find another lawyer. Ahmed is a weak attorney.
