My ex-wife and I hired Hunter as an arbitrator. We had a 10 year marriage and the issue was spousal support. She had spousal support for 10 years and I thought that was more than enough. She wanted it to go on forever. The legal range was 5-14.5 years. He gave her 14.5 years. Incredible. We have shared custody of the kids and I have them 66% of the time. She has a degree and two diplomas, owns her own house. Works part time and she left me in the marriage. She also has a rich boyfriend, they vacation in Europe every summer. Three weeks in Mexico every winter. She really pulled the wool over his eyes with the 'poor single mom' routine. The reality couldn't be further from the truth. Super disappointed and disgusted by his ruling. Guys, in particular beware.

At $425 an hour, my expectations were quite a bit higher. He made promises in our first meeting and did not deliver when it was time to deliver. I question whose side he was working for. I waited a half hour beyond an appointment time and his excuse was that he was busy with renovations in his office. Once I was called in, I sat in his office and he began to review documents. He was obviously not prepared for the appointment. His office didn't return my calls on two occasions.
