I found myself wondering who she was actually working for; me or my ex-spouse. It turned out that she was good friends with his lawyer. I made the switch on time, my next lawyer was excellent.

STARTED OUT GREAT, UNTIL LEGAL AIDE KICKED IN, nd then she couldn't be bothered.... I think she was being paid under the table to screw my case up from the ex....DONT waste your time or money on this socalled professional!

HORRIBLE LAWYER, I WENT TO SEE HER FOR A DIVORCE, SHE WENT AND GOT MY DIVORCE, BUT FAILED TO TELL ME I ALSO NEEDED TO GET OWNERSHIP OR POSSESSION OF MY HOUSE, SO NOW 3 YEARS LATER I AM BATTLING A DIVORCE, FOR A HOUSE HE HAS NOT LIVED IN IN 9 YEARS, ONLY TO FIND OUT HE CAN COME THERE WHENEVER HE WANTS, I TRIED CALLING Maryanne NUMEROUS TIMES, AND SHE NEVER RETURNS MY CALLS, sHE IS AVOIDING HER MESS SHE MADE.

I was very happy with my results with Mary Ann, from the very beginning her main concern was the best interest of my child. The only thing I had an issue with was directly contacting her. I'd send her emails and she wouldn't respond. Overall a great lawyer.

I used Ms. Ducharme for a family law case. There were spelling errors, other people's names etc within my separation agreement. She was highly incompetent.

she is extremely rude and demeaning to her clients. She fails to act in her clients best interest, leaving them legally exposed. We regret the decision to use Maryanne to fight for custody for our granddaughter. Now we have to start the process from the beginning with a competent lawyer
