Totally mishandled my workmen's compensation claim against my former employer. The guy never even took the time to meet with me and spoke only over the telephone. Misguided me and really pulled the wool over my eyes. He received just as much as I did and I had a concussion (TBI), neck and back injury. I lost my condominium over his misconduct and unprofessional behavior. To boot, the doctor, who referred me to him, had his license revoked. I was blindsided. Do not recommend.

2008 I had to have two hip surgeries and a shoulder surgery. He stayed on too of all the stall tactics and helped me over come bankruptcy. He is a great lawyer. Now he's changed firms and can not be found. Great guy great lawyer. If u need a lawyer and find what firm he's moved to I'd say except him. I can walk because of what he had done for me. If it wasn't for him I would have been bankrupt and not able to walk.

Expedited a workman comp case for me against a very well known company that has been known for using all kinds of stall tactics! I highly recommend Mr. Iammartino.

He was handling my wk comp case, and up and left his firm. I did not even know about him leaving the firm. I had referred someone to him and they were the ones who let me know that he was no longer was employed there. I have just had surgery on my back. now I find out that I have in a lawyer. I am mortified to have reffered someone to an incredably undependable lawyer
