As RNC closed the door, RNC looked through the court room window and saw lawyer William McDowell of Lenczner Slaght Griffin LLP sticking his tongue out, directly at him, making faces and jestering with his thumb on his nose and wiggling his fingers. William McDowell was approxiamately 6 feet from the window when he committed his breech of the Rules of Professional Conduct... RNC walked back into the court room and told William McDowell out loud, to "stop sticking your tongue out and making faces at me!" William McDowell stuck out his chest and said ((( "Do something about it!" )))... RNC complained to the 2 police officers about William McDowell actions and words. RNC told the police officers that it was the courtroom registrar who stepped in between them and RNC verbally complained to her. RNC told the police officers "I may need an escort out of the building." The one officer said "if you left now you will be ok." MORE HISTORY ON WEBSITE!
