This is someone to avoid at all costs. He will lie to your face and then act self righteous when you challenge him. Also interesting how he puts up several 5 star ratings to every crappy one that gets put up. Looks like Tyson likes to rate himself!

excellent lawyer, represents well, my issue went on for awhile there was a sence of hopeless but he said be patient he is my shadow warrior, i have refered many friends in difficult positions and he has prevailed. and even made application to have my finger prints destroyed and my cpic cleared.

This guy is a total joke. The real problem is getting a straight answer out of this joker or getting him to call you back! Never calls you back when he says, strings you along with as little information as possible and I may have to report him to the Law Society when I confirm he has lied to me on 3 different occasions. DO NOT HIRE THIS LAWYER!

I found him to be highly arrogant and loves to talk about how much he knows and how wonderful he is. Very bad at communication and was not happy with the result. I notice that he adds several high ratings every time he gets a bad review. This should say alot! I will expect that he will add several more after this is posted as well!

Tyson was able to obtain the best possible result for us and we were very happy with the outcome. He was easy to talk to and knowledgeable about how the judicial/legal systems work. His assistant, Stephanie, was also extremely helpful. If we were in a similar situation, we would definitely use Tyson again.

I had one meeting with him awhile ago and it wasn't a great experience. Googling his name i found that he's been in a bit of trouble with the law society of alberta.

We were impressed with the whole process and the outcome of it. Tyson is a lawyer from whom you'd expect nothing less than fairness, dedication, amazing knowledge and professionalism.You will never be mistaken to choose him represent you in your legal matter because he'd stand by you and work with you until the very end of it. I did my research and this Lawyer is the real deal. I was very lucky to have Tyson in my corner. His experience shows as he is very comfortable in all parts of Southern Alberta. Very approachable, fair, prepared, gives you direction, a plausible outcome and most important keeps the file open until every ‘i’ is dotted and ‘t’ crossed. There is a lot of work done ‘behind the scene’. I was very well represented, had a very positive outcome, for a reasonable remuneration.

AWFUL lawyer. Seemed like he had no idea what my case was about and he told me that he could care less what happened in court. ZERO communication and was arrogant right from the start. Do yourself the favour and DO NOT hire this Lawyer.
