We went for a one hour consultation and ended up being there for 2.5 hours. Reason being? 90% of the time Mr. Good spent reminiscing about his days as a Foreign Service officer and all the countries he visited. While this would be interesting as a college lecture, or if he was my grandfather and we were having a leisurely dinner, for $200 the advice we received was mediocre and about 10 minutes long. We left his office super hungry (it was an evening appointment) and still feeling unsure about the process (temporary greencard renewal). We don't want a lawyer to give us false hope, but we would have preferred someone who is not only informative and open for any questions, but also someone who offers a sense of guidance. Otherwise, why are we paying so much money? Paul Good is an intelligent man who would be better suited for a college course on world politics.

Mr. Good was completely unknowledgable about working through the UK Embassy. He charged me $2500 to print me information from the embassy website and then refuse to return my phone calls and emails. He went on vacation during my Fiance's medical process, and did not inform us. I ended up finding out when I tried to contact him about the medical, and received an automated voicemail. When I asked I be notified in the future, he said no because it would have made no difference. I finally fired him when I asked him to please stop talking over me and let me ask a question, and he hung up on me. DO NOT GO ANYWHERE NEAR HIM! HE WILL DO NOTHING AND STEAL YOUR MONEY!! Now I have to pay to file a malpractice suit and pray my fiance gets here in time for our wedding.
