When I met with Jessica, I felt so relieved. She seemed to be really on my side and to really care. She talked a big game about going after my ex for all sorts of stuff she had withheld/misrepresented. My impression, though, is that she trusted the opposing counsel more than she trusted me. She let the opposing counsel just run the show, handed me off to various junior lawyers so I didn't even know who was on my case (and no one at the firm seemed to know either). Fast forward a few months and she suggested I take a deal that was half what was on offer before I hired her and was based on an excel file that had numerous clerical and formula errors. I doubled the settlement (back to the original amount) just by correcting the errors. She apologized and gave me some of my money back, but I paid thousands to then turn around and hire a different lawyer to go over the same issues.

She is a dishonest person. Fabricated lies to get a crack and meth addict awarded custody of a child. Obviously this situation was not in the child’s best interest and did not last. She is more concerned with a pay check than with morality or justice. This woman is a nasty piece of****.

Jessica was honest and transparent about my options. She was very knowledgeable, patient and a pillar of stability that I could rely on during a very volatile time in my life. I strongly recommend her!

Jessica is a disaster and I strongly recommend anyone considering using her to look elsewhere. She does not have a clear understanding of child custody cases and the proper course of action to make sure your file is managed in a timely manner. She dragged my file out for almost 2 years to keep the money coming in for her to meet her quota and to get her bonus. Anytime I made requests on what I wanted the course of action to be, she would be extremely dismissive and carry out her own plan. I started out with 60/40 custody with my children looking for simply 50/50 and now I don't see my children at all.
further her advice to me was that I give up my parenting time : / I am now fighting to get my parenting time back after she did not properly investigate her recommendations and they completely backfired. After she realized the absolute mess she made she decided to walk away from the file. Again, think twice before using her.

already had two lawyers and two years of litigation behind me when I was fortunate enough to be referred to Jessica by a colleague. She took the disaster left by my previous lawyers, cut through the venom and resentment that had driven my case up to that point, and proposed fresh and cost effective solutions. If I had continued on the path I was on im sure my family and I would have struggled through a nasty trial and been worse off on the other end. I am so grateful for the resolution Jessica was able to get and the new peace my family has found. I can't recommend Jessica highly enough.

I was also passed off by Jessica to another lawyer. She didn’t know how to handle my case. She over charged me by asking questions I had already answered over and over again.

Jessica England agreed to take my case only to pass me over to another lawyer. She was dishonest from the start of the working relationship by misleading her client and able to produce.

Jessica helped me greatly with settling a failed mediation about splitting property and any common finances after a separation. She also was able to turn outrageous monthly spousal support payments into an affordable lump sum support, which was fair for both sides.

This lawyer is an opportunist. At a consultation meeting, she said she could provide me with proper legal help. Then once I signed on paper to have her represent me, she did not follow through on her recommendations. I was billed by her for making telephone calls to me where she asked the same questions at a meeting which I already had been billed and paid for.

So far I can only say good things about Jessica England. She catch everything in the air and even more. she does know what shes doing and her knowledge is impressive. If you have the money to afford this lawyer you are in good hands.

Jessica is a very sympathetic, kind lawyer - and I know those adjectives are not always associated with lawyers. She handled a separation agreement for me and advised me along the way of my choices. I cannot say enough good things about her!!

New lawyer, but very effective. She was very sympathetic and a great listener. Worked hard and was able to keep everyone focussed and constructive so that we could get the results we wanted without going to court or racking up a ton of fees. Also good value, because her fees were reasonable, relatively speaking..
