Is this site for real. A disgruntled defendant takes it out on the messenger, the attorney,who is only representing the individuaol suing him. I dont know how anyone can take this seriously. I know Mr. Moscarino to be a highly intelligent, hard working attorney who obviously represents his clients with vigor. I would highly recommend Mr. Moscarino to anyone who wants an ethical, hard working attorney on his side.

Mr. Moscarino wrongfully brought a malpractice action against me on behalf of Jerry Weinberger and Rates Technology. Judgment was rendered against the plaintiff by summary judgement in contractural arbitration where I was dismissed from all causes of action on the grounds that the plaintiff could not show any facts to support any of the allegations alleged in the complaint. Mr. Moscarino and Rates Technology refused to cooperate in discovery, delayed depositions, refused to provide responses to ordered interrogatories and document production requests. Mr. Moscarino pursued the action against me even after it was shown through evidence there were zero grounds supporting any of the allegations of the client.
