I have to question this person as a judge, from his performance as a prosecutor. The case that should make people wonder about this person as a judge is the Heidi Fruhling case, as it has many of the same problems as the Tim Masters case. As Judge Gilmore who presided over this case was removed from the bench for the same type of problems this case had. If one reads about the problems in this case at http://judicialjustice.org/index.php&..., one has to wonder if the fabrication and holding of evidence from juries is standard procedure in the 8th Judicial District. I feel that Thomas Lynch benefited in being selected to the bench for the work he did in this case, much like the two judges removed in the last election. It seems that Thomas Lunch would rather allow the manipulation of the courts, rather than reach the truth in cases, much like what was exposed in the Masters case.
