She acts like she will get you a lot but after you pay, she doesn't deliver. I also ended up doing much or most of the research on the case!! Then she forgot stuff during the hearing and when the judge calculated something wrong so that I'd lose money, she didn't catch. I caught it, but she waited until AFTER she filed the final papers so I'd have to REFILE another whole motion (MORE $$) to fix it. SHe also overcharged on several things I can't even get into. I felt Completely taken advantage of. Finally, she is also very rude to you during the court hearing if you try to even say 1 word she will "hush" you impatiently. Quite rude. Do not bother with her. You may be tricked by her sweet attitude before giving $ but once she has it, she changes totally.

Horrible representation not the same once retained as presented. Over bills and rushes you on. Its more about the billables then service here. Would not hire

Take your money elsewhere. She only cares about her bottom line. On more than one occasion, she made a 'deal' with the opposing attorney without consulting with me. She's ruthless when it comes to getting herself paid, but completely incompetent when it comes to acting in your best interest.

I used Cinda for custody hearing for my child. Cinda was great and was able to help me obtain the custody agreement I wanted. She is very to the point and does not play around. If I ever need legal assistance again I would definately use her services.

THE LAWYER I SAW WAS CINDA SCALES SHE WAS A HOUR LATE MEETING WITH ME FOR THE FIRST TIME, I PAID 100 FOR CONSULTATION FEE AND SHE SPOKE WITH ME FOR 10 MINS TOPS!! SHES A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY AND SHE DOESNT CARE ABOUT YOUR CASE AT ALL DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THIS FIRM!!!

I hired her for my divorce. When i hird her i paid her in full a large amount of money. She stated that would last through my divorce and she would get it all done with that amount. The only addition payment i would owe is if the judge ordered something. Needless to say its been a year, im still married and everytime we go to court she seems to have meeting with the other attorney before we go in. She never stands up for what im asking for and then on top she calls me on a wed to tell me she needs an attition 1000.00 for retaining fee because the case is taking to long.. HELLO its you that is holding it up. Not I .. I gave him everthing but my kids.. Not only was she asking for more money but she wanted it in 2 days... Like really .. Needless to say I took my money some where else.

I took my ex to court over 2 things. She constantly took my ex's attorney in another roombefore the hearing to "agree" on things prior to the hearing. Ten we go in the courtroom and all it is is them stating what was already decided. Then - didt even put all the info into the final order and when questioned about stated she had no recollection of it and I would have to pay her to order a cd of the hearing and pay for her time to review her own work!!!! She specifically stated in the courtroom what she denied having knowledge of. Then wet bank forth w/ other attorney to drag time so when filing against final order it was dismissed from being 6 days late. You are given 30 and the back n forth crap went on 3 weeks! Never again! She walks n talks like she is the top dawg but has to my on her plate to be who she says she is. Money hungry!!! And they have multiple people in the office work on your case and log time so if 3 ppl work on you you are charged 3 15 min increments at 67.50/hr!

Great lawyer that helped me with my custody case. She worked hard and knew her stuff in court. I would not want to be on the other side when she is in the court room. She got me more time with my kids and more child support. If I ever have to take my ex to court again, I will definitely use her again.

Very aggressive lawyer whose first priority is to get you in and out the door as fast as possible while charging you for every second of her time. Can be ruthless, which isn't a bad thing in the court room but is a very bad thing when she treats her clients with impatience and contempt. My advice: Keep looking. Don't stop here. She can get the job done, I'm sure, or she wouldn't still be in practice, but she promises more than she delivers and is offhand or bullying (take your pick). This office is a "law mill," much like the infamous "puppy mills" -- the overriding concern seems to be her bottom line, not your legal problems. She flatly told me I was entitled to half of my ex-husband's estate, and I got hosed. She didn't read the financials carefully enough, didn't communicate with me about what happened, and didn't disclose his second set of financials, presented at the final hearing, until I demanded them two years later. Communication is mostly one-way. Be prepared to pay a lot.
