Knows nothing about Condo Law. Using ignorant condo associations to line his pockets. Makes payment plans with residents saying if they pay consistently over a year they will be managed by the Association. He didn't live up to our agreement and turn the accounts back to the Association because he wouldn't get a fee if he did. He's a ripoff artist.

I have real concerns about his ethics. He released personal information to persons I specifically asked him not to release it to. I know he has done this to a few others persons who have dealth with him.
