First she was suspended in the two states she was a member of the bar. I hired her to handle a case and she messed the case up so bad I was forced to dismiss the case. She used wrong sites and filed under an incorrect statute. When she was called upon it she got made and threatened. I fired her. She tried to take me to court and lost because she was not admitted to the VA bar. I found out later that she plead guilty to practicing law without a license in VA on another case. She is bad new. I noticed that she closed her office so I hope she is out of business. Just for anyone who is considering an intellectual property attorney, make sure they understand what they are doing. IP is an emotional issue for the artist, don't let your emotions get the better of you with bad counsel. Final word of advice, when someone has to tell you time and time again how honest they are... who are they trying to convince. That was this personal mantra, how honest I am. A $250,000 lesson.
