Danny Luneau has been a blessing to work with! I couldn't have asked for a more attentive, determined, hard-working attorney for my DUI. Danny represented me on a third DUI. He was very knowledgeable and confident in the court room. He was quick to answer my questions and always kept me informed throughout the whole process. I want to give a huge shout out to Danny Luneau. I was being charged with a hit and run which if convicted I would have lost my license, served potential jail time and charged large fines. Despite dealing with Covid and the court systems being backed up, Danny was exceptional at responding to emails and questions I had. He walked me through every step and was able to calm me down and provide me with informative information on how the case would likely pan out. After a few court date set backs we were moved to over the phone trials and he was always on the other line on time defending my case. Danny was able to get my sentence dropped to careless driving resulting in no loss of my license, no jail time, and I didn’t even receive court fees. Danny Luneau was truly a fantastic lawyer who knows the in and outs of the law and will do his best to fight your case head on and aggressively. I highly recommend hiring Danny as your lawyer, he did a phenomenal job defending me.

Where do I begin. I was caught up in false technicalities that brought me to revocation of my probation after dealing with probation for 2 years. My previous lawyer introduced me to Danny Luneau. At that time, my case was not looking good and I was looking to face extension of probation, jail time and more fines.
Through hiring a toxicologist and Danny onto my case, all of the sudden, I looked like I had a fighting chance to combat these false technicalities. Throughout this entire time, Danny was extremely communicative (multiple days a week. This is what I needed) very truthful and real and helped me fight. With having Danny on my side, I actually won my court case, my probation was dropped and was given the best outcome with a very strict and serious judge in Jefferson County. Danny literally pulled off the impossible with my case. He was willing to combat probation and the DA in an extremely aggressive and positive manner. Thank you so much!!!

Once again, Danny did an outstanding job in representing me on my Violation of Probation case in Elbert County. I was looking a year in jail and a very large fine. Danny worked his magic in the court room with the DA and the Judge and was able to close the case completely with no jail time. Danny is a very personable lawyer and top notch in his field. If you're looking for a lawyer in defense law, you need to look no further. This is the second case I have hired Danny on and both were handled expertly with favorable outcomes. I became part of this awful revenue scheme they have here in CO and didn't do what the cop said, but was arrested anyway. Danny to the rescue! The DA kept lowering the plea deal hoping I would take one just to make it go away and they'd get their money but Danny advised we go to trial. We went and the jury, in a very very short time, decided not guilty. Good communications and very highly recommended.

I was just over legal limit for dwai. No way was I accepting a dwai, a deferred judgement was only way I could keep my license due to speeding ticket I got the month prior.
I worked with a few attorneys trying to find one that I felt could get it deferred. They were all cowards and sketchy and being soft about fighting it. Danny Luneau had all the Moxy, experience, and confidence you need to win a case. The DA granted the deferred judgement, and I'm good to go to keep driving.

I had to get an attorney for a very serious driving infraction. Danny Luneau was recommended to me…and hiring him was one of the best decisions I made in a long time. I deal with various attorneys in a business setting and I can tell you without reservation Danny is as capable as any I’ve encountered. Danny Luneau is an exceptional lawyer with a superior grasp of DUI law. He has great communication skills, and he always kept in contact with me in a timely manner throughout my case.

If you're reading this chances are you're in a world of crap right now. I'm sorry to hear that but the state of CO wiil have no mercy! Make no mistake, this is a terrible state to get a DUI and you need help---big time. You already made a big mistake, don't make another by not hiring Danny. Yes, he saved my a** and I can't promise he can do the same for you but you absolutely need an attorney who knows the law and wants to win. This guy has a particular ego and attitude that you want on your side, he knows the law and genuinely wants to win. Keep in mind that the state (or JeffCo) has sewed up many of the loopholes and the deck is certainly stacked against you but don't let that dissuade you. Is he cheap? Of course not--but he's a lot cheaper than the alternative and you have to fight this charge if you want a chance. Otherwise you can just kiss your butt goodbye for quite a while. Danny worked hard and diligently for me, he was prompt with all correspondences and kept me informed.

I cannot say enough about Danny Luneau! I was charged with DUI and my BAC was .325 I have also had a prior Vehicular Manslaughter. Danny fought hard for me in per-trial the DA wanted to give me 60 days in jail because of my high BAC and prior conviction, because of Danny I was sentenced to 90 days in home detention! If it wasn't for Danny I would have lost everything I could never thank him enough for all of his help and TENACITY!!!! If you are looking for an attorney DO NOT LOOK any further Danny Luneau and his firm is hands down the Best! Thank you Danny
