I retained this attorney for a protective order that was messed up and not served. Then was almost served a week later on accident after i asked it to not be delivered. I paid him $6500 for 2 things and he refuses to give me an invoice or my money back. I have heard good things about him but i did not have a good experience. He was really using me to help as a witness in a civil family case he had going on and not interested in my well being. Be careful what you are signing up for..he literally robbed me of $6500 and has given me 3 different dates i would get an invoice and silence. You would think he has staff that would reach out and answer. Do you research.

Matthew Mahoney is one of the best attorneys out there! Over the past year he has represented me on 3 different cases and has not once led me astray. He did my divorce trial by jury, which is a nightmare for all involved! Matt and his staff always returned my calls and assured me that I was going to be okay! And I was! He represented me for a speeding ticket and fully handled it! Then I recently rehired him for enforcements and he by far exceeded my expectations in that court room! If you want a lawyer that's going to lie to you or do what you think is best, he's not your guy, but if you want honest, stand up and has a rapport with the judges and staff...taking the high road then he will pull you through every time! Great guy!!!

Stay Away From This attorney. This attorney is a legal theif, paid him 5k, he did nothing in a month and kept promising he will file few motions in my divorce case and did not file except his name on record and motion to remove his name and I asked him to return my money he refused to do so and offred me few hundreds back which I refused and I am going to take legal action against him within couple of months. Please note that his office assistants 2-ladies are the rudest and liers. Whenever you call the office"Matt is in court". I was there and same thing assistant told me and at the same time, Matt showed up, in his Pajams:( 2 oclock in the afternoon and his secretary was saying " Matt is busy in trial all day". Wow....what a lie. Matt offered me to come to in his office, his office was the worst office I saw of an attorney , his girl friend's lipstic was on the table, her sandles were by the door, her undergarments were on the sofas. Please save your money hire a professional Thank

I think he was more interested in billing than he was in the details of my case. I ended up getting a decent divorce settlement but I am not sure it was worth it.
