Kurt Bartlett is a fantastic lawyer in every regard! He responded to my initial enquiry immediately and put my mind at ease. He eased my stress level by keeping me informed throughout the entire process, and he was so knowledgeable about how to proceed. In the end he ended up getting me full reimbursement for my hospital bills, and then some extra cash in my pocket for hardship suffered. Mr. Bartlett is one of the smartest people I know and loves his job. He is willing and able to help out in any way he can at any cost and never backs down from helping his clients. He represented me and was able to get a not guilty outcome for me and became a friend in the process. He is definitely somebody to trust with serious issues such as legal problems. If I ever have any trouble again I will definitely go back. He is kind and caring and a gentle man to his clients but when in the court room he is all business. My family and I were very impressed with Kurt Bartlett from the moment he returned text messages late one Friday afternoon after we received his introductory letter in the mail. He was on target & on time many times a month and even on the weekends. He accepted my son as he "was" via phone or in person and zeroed in on goals that were acheived. He had an open mind to unusual details and made decisive moves! As an out of state family, we felt we had easy access via e-mails and via phone. I'm guessing Mr. Bartlett posted all the positive reviews on here. I had a terrible experience with him as my lawyer. I met him in his office and he seemed fine. After that initial meeting I never spoke to him once. The next time I saw him was on my court date. He seemed like he had forgotten everything we talked about. I was so upset afterwards I did some research on him and found out some things about him. He has only been a lawyer about 2 years. He gave me the impression that he had been a lawyer for a long time. Not true. He went to an unaccredited law school. He bragged about being a former cop, but I found out he was arrested and charged with criimes while he was an officer. He has a bad reputation apprenently with the police department and the prosecutor's office. I would NEVER recommend him to anyone. I was totally disgusted!

Kurt Bartlett wow... You will probably not find a lawyer cheaper than him, unless you get a public defender. He is not about how much he can get from you, but how quickly he can get your charges dismissed. The day of court when they called my name to rise he jumped up so fast that i didnt even have to tell the judge I was there. To make the story short, he got both my charges dismissed, 1 being a felony charge and I didnt even have to stand in front of courtroom and talk to judge. Thanks Kurt, you really saved my future.

Mr. Bartlett met with me at his office and seemed fine at the time. After I paid him I never heard or saw him again until the court date. He didn't return my calls or anything. When we got to court he was late, and did not even seem to remember what we had talked about or anything about my case. I pled guilty to exactly what I was charged with and he did NOT get the deal he claimed he could get for me. Highly NOT recommended
