Kurt Bartlett is a fantastic lawyer in every regard! He responded to my initial enquiry immediately and put my mind at ease. He was always quick to address my questions and concerns and it took Kurt only a couple of weeks to get the charges completely withdrawn so I never had to see the inside of a courtroom. Mr.Bartlett is one of the best. He has such a great work ethic and always made sure that I had a good understanding about my case. All my questions were answered in a timely manner. I have only worked with two criminal defense attorneys and Mr. Bartlett is by far the best! The other lawyer I dealt with seemed as if he cared nothing about the truth just his payment. Kurt restored my faith and trust in lawyers. THANKS for Everything!!!

I'm guessing Mr. Bartlett posted all the positive reviews on here. I had a terrible experience with him as my lawyer. I met him in his office and he seemed fine. After that initial meeting I never spoke to him once. The next time I saw him was on my court date. He seemed like he had forgotten everything we talked about. I was so upset afterwards I did some research on him and found out some things about him. He has only been a lawyer about 2 years. He gave me the impression that he had been a lawyer for a long time. Not true. He went to an unaccredited law school. He bragged about being a former cop, but I found out he was arrested and charged with criimes while he was an officer. He has a bad reputation apprenently with the police department and the prosecutor's office. I would NEVER recommend him to anyone. I was totally disgusted!
