We met with Jim Vanstone to consult him regarding a pair of rear-end vehicle collisions where the other party had admitted fault. Mr. Vanstone demonstrated an exceptionally professional and courteous manner in consulting with us, with a meeting which reached nearly an hour in duration. He struck us as a very sincere individual who truly does place his client's needs first, and will not take on a client unless he is sure he will be able to dedicate all the time he feels is necessary for their case. He noticed that we were doing a large amount of research on legal proceedings as they apply to motor vehicle accidents and he indicated that the Supreme Court of BC posts a large number of court cases on their website, openly available to examination by the public. We found this resource invaluable in looking at how cases similar to ours were resolved. This advice further points to Mr. Vanstone's experience and client consideration. We feel Mr.Vanstone's excellent reputation is well deserved
