Over 2.5 years and still waiting for estate to be settled. No dispute with related parties. This attorney has advised all involved x 9 months the estate will be settled in two weeks. He now has advised our family he realized that this estate will need to settled in another state. After two years he is just now realizing this. He advised we would receive letters x two weeks that would need to be signed and returned ASAP to ensure settlement. After two weeks he stated he has not yet drafted letters, communicated with out of state attorney in regard of filing needs in another stated and now he is still trying to gather addresses and names of persons involved in the settlement. These are people who he has over the years personally sent letters to, and two months ago ensured he had all of this information as it was needed to settle the estate. This man is full of excuses and no results or even believable rationals to account for his incompetence. Keep Looking he needs to retire.
