Divorcing one's spouse is one of the most personal and trying things you may ever do. I could not have selected a more accomplished, compassionate attorney than Jeff Battista. He is beyond personable and even in the most difficult and emotional time, he can help you stay focused on the ultimate goal. For me, that was a divorce that provided a new, healthy, and safe environment for me and my two children. He surprised me in court on more than one occasion, always intercepting falsities and questioning everything. His knowledge of Florida divorce law is impeccable.
