I have had the misfortune of working on closing a home represented by Mr. Lutz. Our contract stated a quick closing but Mr. Lutz has done nothing but slow the process down. Our attorney review which should only take three days took almost five, after our home inspection it took mr. Lutz more than two weeks to get back to us with his clients response, and everytime our lawyer tried to reach Mr.Lutz he was either away from the office or on the phone and his secretary/ parallegal knew nothing about our situation. Also we got a radon reading which was very high and required immedate mediation in order to live in the home and Mr.Lutz advised his clients that it was only slightly high and they didnt need to do anything to fix it which if you know anything about radon is completely FALSE! We as buyers were getting so fed up with the way Mr. Lutz conducts his business we were ready to walk away from the property. I would stay clear of Mr.Lutz when looking for a lawyer to represent your home.
