Called me in after initial call to him and getting my details. Asked for details again and then told me why am I giving him details when we no relationship. I asked about his contract which was brushed off. Waste of time but no loss of money. He wanted to try and get another lawyer for me and collect a referral fee is my guess. not surprised by the other ratings.

This litigator was recommended by a lawyer at the firm. I paid a modest retainer and got very little legal advice. I asked to discuss a partial refund and was arogantly dismissed by the named partner. I attempted to discuss the matter with Tibor and was hung up on. There's no way I ever invited this treatment. I have to go to small claims court to force even a discussion. Tibor defended his position like it was his only money. As of October 2014 I'm still pursuing the matter in court. This guy gives lawyers a sleezy name--do yourself a favour and avoid the firm as well.

Tibor was referred to me, to help me resolve a situation with my business partner. Long story short, he requested a $5,000 retainer, drafted a couple of letters and then hired someone to make a few phone calls. He informed me there was nothing he would be able to do about the situation, and then requested more money. He had disclosed his hourly rate to me upfront, but I could not comprehend how he could have used all of my $5,000 retainer to produce what he did. He tried to justify the cost of the letters and phone calls, but it didn't add up to me. He told me that if I did not pay him the further sum of money he would take me to court. Needless to say, I definitely would not recommend Tibor Sarai or his firm Feltmate Delibato Heagle for that matter. I was left with the feeling that he is more compelled by the money than his clients interests.
