I filed for a divorce on Feb 13, 2012, and 8 months later he still has not been served. I never receive updates or anything. I will be so glad when this is over. I have paid my attorney up front, so its not like I have a balance and she is waiting on me. The office do not ever know anything and someone always has to call me back.

This office is a pro at dragging their feet and has a severe lack of communication skills. If you are looking for a divorce in this lifetime do not call this firm!! They do not make or return phone calls. If you want info or updates you have to call. They have been caught in lies on more than one occasion as to when papers were received or submitted and we have documented proof. Every phone call or visit...and I mean EVERY...we left angry and confused and clueless as to what just took place which was usually nothing. After much anger and frustration I asked to speak to Mr. Gebhart (owner of the firm) and was told he no longer works there. A year later and the papers are finally signed but still no end in sight as we are waiting for a court date. I thought lawyers were paid to help you, not make your life more miserable. I will never recommend this firm to anyone.
