Peter is an intense, knowledgeable and dedicated criminal defense. His nickname is "The Magician" & he's pulled the rabbit out many times 4 me now - recently getting me bail with multiple files open; previously negotiating a 6-month CSO when serious jail-time seemed inevitable - yes, Peter is indeed an excellent lawyer with solid connections within the legal community, unparalleled insight into Nanaimo's adjudication system (the judges, Crown, police, probation, jails, etc.), years of relationship building in the right legal circles and, at the end of the day, his criminal defense law practice is Nanaimo's best, IMHO. He will also represent the under-privileged, oft-forgotten people in our society - people with mental health issues, addictions to drugs &/or alcohol, survivors of sexual, physical & psychological abuse...the clients who need fair, dedicated and highly experienced lawyers like Peter the most. Legal Aid is ok - not sure if he is taking new clients - I was referred.

He was awesome! Court case totally dropped. He totally knew what he was talking about. Blew my case right out of the water. Two thumbs up.

Rude. Brushed me off like i was beneath him. then walked away. i had the retainer in my pocket. thank fully not all nanaimo lawyers are too busy to talk to clients.

He fights for the little guy. He's pretty intense. I like how he stood up for me in court. The judge seemed to listen to what he had to say.
