I've used Walter Wintar for years. I have won every case I've had and all my children are in my full custody... I had a difficult past with my first.. but if you do what you are told especially if it's a protection case form beginning to end you will only have positive results. These are your children it's not on the lawyer if you can't seem to comply. My situation was significant when I was younger I did what I was told to do and it took work and patience and Walter did his job.. fight to show them I've changed.

The worst laywer out there! Did nothing when concerns around my kids came up. Forgot things when trial was happening. Lost the case... I would not recomend him to anyone.

Comply to everything and nothing gets done I lost a baby to crown ward no access and had another's taken away only given a 1 1/2 visit for twice a week. There asking crown ward no access I have done everything they want. No increase in anything. I had a motion brought to court which took him 5 plus months to do. Lost the motion. He doesn't argue in court.

Mr. Wintar is well known in the court house and respected by the judge. In my book he the best. He honest with you. He won my 2 case. Walter Wintar I thank you.
