I agree with the previous posting. My dealing with Robert Lawson is that he is entirely self interested. In fact, he married his own client after her divorce. Looks like they kicked him out of the firm and now he works for the Attorney General of Ontario. You tax dollars at work doing next to nothing

Mr Robert Lawson ,is incredibly incompetent family lawyer.
Worst decision i made was to see Rob Lawson.
On the first visit he seemed honest and concerned about what was best for me and my case, and how to save me the most money. I trusted him fully ,but my nightmare started as soon as I hired him. I lost my house ,my investment condo and my bank account and end up running from one court to another .
In the court ,his primary goal was to keep the judge please not for me but for himself to stay in Judge’s good book for his own future .
Honestly I would be far more better if I would self represent than having Lawson as my lawyer . In fact he was more beneficial to my ex-wife than to me.
Something simple which could be resolved in a few days , he would make it so complicated that would drags on for months and months.
Suddenly in the middle of my case at a most sensitive time ,he disappeared for his vacation and remained inaccessible .It was a terrible experience …
