My name is Nelson Reyes and Joseph Hennessey has represented my family 3 times. First time was when my younger brother was unlawfully arrested we called joseph and he was out within a matter of hours all charges were dropped. My name is William Anderson My girlfriend contacted Joe while i was locked up in plymouth county. He took all her calls and with 5 warrants and multiple court apperances he took the cases on. He got me out right away. He took me on with no money down. Met me down in lock up and assured me i was going home. Joe is not only a great lawyer he is also a great guy. returns all calls and cares. I have never used a lawyer before always handled it myself and got burned because of that. I can only say if you need help just call him he will be there for you.

He cared, he actually cared about my daughter's case. He answered my calls and took the time to calm my nerves. He explained all of the steps and knew what he was doing. I was sceptical at first because he was a former police officer. He used his experience to my daughter's advantage. He left no stone unturned. I couldn't thank him enough when the jury read not guilty. He never turned his back on us, believed my daughter, investigated what she told him, picked apart every shread of evidence, and tore apart the witnesses. He knew they were not truthful. What was even more surprising was that he took the time to stop by a month after trial and visit with my wife and I to just check on us. He knew how much of a toll the trial took on us. He cares, that's what made him different. He's aces in my book. Thank you Joe.

I have used Mr. Hennessey for 3 things. One was a speeding ticket and he got that case Not guilty. The next I was arrested for something I didnt do. He got that case dismissed before trial. I then had a car accident and he fought hard to get me money from the insurance company. He was great to work with. Took my phone calls, answered my questions, and his charges were more than reasonable. What I liked most about him was that he gave me a big break in my bill because I was an Iraqi war veteran. I hired Joe after getting out of the hospital for a nasty motorcycle accident. The state had trumped up A LOT of heavy charges against me. Thanks to Joe's dedication, level of expertise and knowledge, and persistence to uncover EVERY minute detail to my case, including MANY descrepencies in the states argument, Joe had gotten most of my case dismissed, and what couldn't be, was brought down to a misdemeanor. With 11 court dates spanning almost 14 months, I still didn't loose my shirt having to pay Joe. And considering my inability to work due to injuries sustained from the accident, Joe worked with my family to put me on a reasonable payment plan. Joe was great to have on my side. Answered my phone calls, responded to my questions, and stood by me. He believed me and fought for me and won. His bills were reasonable and allowed me to make payments. Never complained when I said I couldnt pay him. He trusted me, believed me, and best of all, he investigated what I said, which made me feel better. I went to his office and he had over 200 pictures for me to look at of the area where I was arrested. This shocked me because he really did what he was going to do. Here is the most honest attorney I've ever met. Each case is important to him and he gives 110% to everyone he represents. Communication is key in building a good case and he will go out of his way to call even after business hours if there's something to discuss. You can rest assured your money is being well spent. Former police officer who uses his training and experience to his client's benefit. I was facing a 4th offense drunk driving and he was tough on the cops on the stand. He pointed out every discrepency in their reports, showed how the case was mishandled, conducted a thorough investigation into my case and interviewed people, prepared throughly for my case and best of all, DIDNT CHARGE AN EXCESSIVE AMOUNT. I called area attorney's and the fees ranged from 15,000 to 20,000 for this because it was my 4th offense. He only charged me 7500. He quoted that fee and it wasnt a dime more. He kept me posted about my case and never charged me when I had a question. Call him. I'm glad I did.
