I hired Joe after getting out of the hospital for a nasty motorcycle accident. The state had trumped up A LOT of heavy charges against me. Thanks to Joe's dedication, level of expertise and knowledge, and persistence to uncover EVERY minute detail to my case, including MANY descrepencies in the states argument, Joe had gotten most of my case dismissed, and what couldn't be, was brought down to a misdemeanor. With 11 court dates spanning almost 14 months, I still didn't loose my shirt having to pay Joe. And considering my inability to work due to injuries sustained from the accident, Joe worked with my family to put me on a reasonable payment plan. I have, would, and will continue to give Joe the praise he has rightfully earned and deserves. Worth EVERY PENNY! I'll call him again if there's ANYTHING I ever need a lawyer for in the future. Because I know if Joe knew he wasn't the best to help me, he'd be honest enough to tell me he wasn't, and would point me in the right direction. Thnks

Former police officer who uses his training and experience to his client's benefit. I was facing a 4th offense drunk driving and he was tough on the cops on the stand. He pointed out every discrepency in their reports, showed how the case was mishandled, conducted a thorough investigation into my case and interviewed people, prepared throughly for my case and best of all, DIDNT CHARGE AN EXCESSIVE AMOUNT. I called area attorney's and the fees ranged from 15,000 to 20,000 for this because it was my 4th offense. He only charged me 7500. He quoted that fee and it wasnt a dime more. He kept me posted about my case and never charged me when I had a question. Call him. I'm glad I did.
