Disorganized, dishonest and neglectful. She was disciplined by the State bar and should have been disbarred! Very unethical, is never on time, always looks like she just rolled out of bed, appears unclean.

I only like her because she was opposition's legal representation. Because of her neglect to file court documents my friend got to refile for a new divorce trial. Thank you Ms. Mitchell for dropping the ball yet again. Really! You rock for those who need a second run at a fair divorce. Not filing court documents as you agreed to do will end your career. Maybe it is over already. Like you would ever tell the truth...time for another vacation??

Bad Attorney. She had her license suspended by the State of Ca bar Assoc. She has been red flagged on teh lawyer web site AVVO. She over charges, doesn't do what she is supposed to do. She is untruthful, and misrepresents the truth. She has an horrible chaotic personal life which impeeds her from doing a good job on your case. She doesn't show up in court when she is supposed to. There are alot of good attorneys out there and SHE IS NOT ONE OF THEM!

This attorney was disciplined by the state bar. She overcharges clients, and harasses her own former clients. When you hire her, and substitute her out, she will gang up against her own former client with their ex spouses and the ex's attorney. She has forges proofs of service, she misses court dates and puts the clients case in sever jeopardy.
