Mr. Massari was working with Tulley Rinkey when he took my mixed MSPB case. My attorney Mark Waple had had to retire due to a medical condition and the MSPB just blew me off without representation. Instead of focusing on the information he had that he could have filed suit against the AF with and won, he wanted me to try to get the evidence the Army had indeed discriminated against me for my age before he did anything, thus wasting my time and my money because there are time limits on cases like these as he is well aware. He no longer works for Tulley Rinkey, and is on his own again.
