Kelly Land is the embodiment of every lawyer joke and disparaging comment about the legal profession. He is a pariah with outrageous professional conduct like giving people the finger in court and trying to start fistfights when the judge leaves the room; make sure to ask for a sheriff to accompany you. Get ready to be served at work, served while you have custody of your kids, served to wrong address and he shows up to court and acquire a judgement without you. If you are going to get a favorable judgement, he does not file his affidavit material and asks for more time. He presents material to the court that he obtains illegally from computer hacking. He files the wrong information to judges. He will impoverish your family and steal you children’s future. Make sure you read the Law Society rules as you will be filing complaints every month.

this guy thinks he is above all and the greatest lawyer in Winnipeg. Should buy a comb, soap and mouthwash. Biggest loser of a person I have ever met. terrible lawyer.

Highly recommend Mr. Land. He fights for the right causes and will always support the BEST interests for the children. He will cut straight to the point and will tell you what is or is not a battle worth fighting.Fully recommend him.

Kelly was/is the best lawyer for me and the situation I found myself in. Kelly deserves the best possible ratings (negative raters I can't possibly understand) and I wouldn't ever hesitate to recommend seeking his guidance. He was professional, responsive, didn't rush or sugar coat the reality of the situation. I credit much of my existence to the help he offered. Kelly is honest, genuine, incredibly bright and adept while being entertaining, and can tell you all the reasons a marriage doesn't work. Now the only thing to do is find one that does work! The best, hands down!

The guy is very disorganized. He refuses to communicate. Kelly Land might make a better politician than lawyer. His word seems to only be good for the length of time it takes to come out of his mouth, and that might be a stretch.

Not only is Kelly a phenomenal lawyer, but he is a wonderful human being. He is fair and honest and he is experienced so he knows what he's talking about. He is very easy to talk to (which for me was needed given my family issues) and is very good for keeping up with communication. 100% would recommend him!

Make sure you know the Law! He lied right to my face on several occasions lead me to believe he knew what he was talking about regarding child support so I trusted him, in the end he made sure my ex got everything he wanted. He even threatened me on the phone to go along with what he had already proposed to the opposing counsel without consulting me first. RUN from this type of "Help"
