Do not go to this Lizzy for a divorce. He does absolutely the minimum and will not help you past that. Luckily he only got me for $1100. I had to use another lawyer to get my divorce finalized.

Hired Mr. Lizzi for an incident that ended up never having an impact on me or the other people who were involved in the incident. I gave him $2000+ in order to make sure I was good and not have any of the incident come back on me because I was worried about certain things that could have become a felony charge. In this time I called every week and was never given any information about my “pending charges”. Ended up calling CCPD to see what was happening with me but no charges were filed EVER. I ATTEMPTED to reach Mr. Lizzi once a week for about 2 months but was always told some horrible excuse of why he won’t return my call. So pretty much he stole $2000+ from me and never did a GD thing about it. How he still has his license blows my mind. I DO NOT RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE. He will most likely not do a thing for you and will take your money.

Mr Lizzi was able to obtain custody of my children for me . He is a Great attorney,and was very fair but aggressive when it was necessary. I highly recommend him

Didn't even show up to court!!!! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!!!! TODAY WAS THE FINAL STRAW! AND YOU KNOW YOU HAVE BEEN PAID MR>LIZZY ALMOST 10 GRAND!!! ID rather pay another attorney any day then to hire or recommend him to anyone! ID HAD SO MUCH BETTER SERVICE WITH ERNIE MIXON AND BEAU SEADAN. THANKS BUT NO THANKS!! BUT THERES Always Ernie and Beau!!!! Please look into other attorneys first!!~ no consultation fees and they DO THE WORK!!! THEY ARE PAID TO DO! UNLIKE YOU MR. LIZZY!!! OH BLESS YOU AND YOURE POOR EXCUSE FOR A Secretary!

I've pretty much lost everything, including my disability because of my time wasted using Mr. Lizzi. When I first went to him, he said my case was solid. By the time the judge finished, the only thing I didn't lose was the clothes I had on. I want see a single dime from my disability check for the next 13 years, while my ex lives off of the check, doesn't have to work, and can continue violation of the court orders with no RTSC that would fix my situation. Oh, and the kicker, as upset as I was that I lost everything, Mr. Lizzi called me the day after court and asked for a payment. I'm broke, I have nothing left except a $7000 in lawyer fee

Use to work for him he was very unorganized as an boss and attorney. He made up lies to fire me from my job. I would nit recommend him for attorney unless you just want to waste your money!!!!

Although I did all the work myself I thought my experience with Mr. Lizzi was ok until I went to court. during our first meeting he asked me to find a friend to sleep with my ex so I wouldn't have to pay alimony. I only met with him once before our mediation but during he informed me that he would have to charge me an extra 1000 dollars and if we couldn't come to an agreement he would have to charge me an additional 3000. he also told me that I made over 3 times more than my ex so I wouldn't question how much he thought I should pay in alimony he told me the judges use alimony calculators and that he could possibly save me 1000 dollars. he never prepped me the day before the trial so as we walked in the court room he handed me my ex financial declaration knowing that I wouldn't be able to look at it during the trial. however when I did look at it I found out we now make the same. thanks a lot mr lizi take my advice don't hire this man I wish I wouldn't have. I need more words..

went up against him in court.beware of dirty tricks,full disclosure,if he insist on using a guardian named knobelock.they used to work together.their relationship was not disclosed to my attorney nor myself. also,found out threw my kids that i had a court hearing.went to court and he told the court that his secretary served me threw the MAIL.which to this day, i have never received.i was given five days by the court to hire an attorney.he has some very bad reviews here.but this is what i had to deal with.why he is not disbarred for unethical behavior is beyond me.

I had a ok overall experience with Mr. Lizzy. I filed for divorce from my wife and he told me of a his simliar nasty divorce with his ex wife so I felt he was driven to help get me custody of my children. I too felt I did alot of the work gathering info on my own, which can be a motivator. His secretary (betty)was either the worst secretary or she was covering for him, not sure, she is no longer there.He was always at the court house on a case so it was hard to get in touch, but he did eventually return my phone calls. I felt he was very knowledgeable and new how to work the system. I think possibly he takes on to many case loads, He only charged me one time fee and never asked for more.. he advised me to settle as much out of court as and between my ex and I to avoid expensive court cost and other fees which helped.I did win my case...and it was due to all the evidence I had on the infidelity and the other half was his knowledge.

Horrible excuse of a man for a family attorney. He almost cost me my daughter!!! After living in a stable environment withe me full time for three years he told me I needed to force my child's father to keep her at least two days out of the week. At the time her father was living in a home with two other men. I questioned my concern for the living situation and he told me I would be harming myself but not making her go than keeping her with me. Due to this the court couldn't understand why I was arguing that she was living in an unsafe environment. I finally had to FIRE him and hire a new attorney losing thousands of dollars. He had told me his story of losing full custody of his own kids and feel he is out to get his female clients. I have a friend who also used him and she lost primary custody and her childs dad now has primary custody instead of her. Bad decision! Wondering when the judges will see through his crap!

Our experience with Mr. Lizzi was : We had to do almost all the work ourselves and were honestly shocked he even showed up for court (late of course), after he's been paid we were only able to communicate with his paralegal "when she wasnt at lunch, in the bathroom, busy, or on a sick day", Mr. Lizzi was always "unavailable". It was obvious at court he had not familiarized himself with our case at all. Maybe he does better work outside of Family/Custody cases, I wouldnt know. We cut our loses and hired an Attorney that actually sat down with us and reviewed & discussed our entire case with us. When dealing with sensitive cases in Family Court where child safety is a concern, i would never refer anyone to Mr.Lizzi. Changing lawyers was well worth the expense.

Very bad service, due to his lack of defending me for the thousands of dollars I paid him, I now have to hire another atty, and take my ex back to court to get my children out of an environment they should not be in... Very bad, would NEVER reccomend this atty.. That is unless you want to throw your money away....
