Roscoe was the offenders attorney in a case back in December and I was the victim. Just from sitting on the stand and telling him my story, I felt pity for the offender because he had no chance. Roscoe did not know his facts, just assumed and tried to hide certain facts. He would not be prepared or have a full understanding on the case. The case was served guilty on all 5 counts AND maximum years in prison. I would not recommend this attorney at all.

DO NOT hire this attorney to represent yourself, your family, or your dog!! He is worthless. Does not know the law, does not know about filings, does not answer nor return calls and in our experience is a crook/thief. Thousands of dollars and OVER an entire year and I can count on 2 hands how many times we actually spoke to him or received emails back from him. He saw his client TWO TIMES and THAT IS IT!!! Worthless excuse for an attorney!!

Mr. Miller, took the time to explain the process and was willing to be honest with me about what I should expect. His payment plan made it possible to get the legal advice I needed. I highly recommend Mr. Miller!!!

Mr. Miller has a problem repesenting a clients to the best of his ability. Mr Miller has a seriouis problem staying within boundries of the law. In my opinoin Mr. Miller really needs to get his ego in check, so maybe then he will be able to represent his client to the best of his ability! I would not recommend Mr. Miller to anyone.
