After a very bad experience with a local dover atotnrey, i took a chnace and went to Melissa Hopkins to straighten out a very bad divorce support agreement. She was amazing, took on my case where others wouldn't touch it,fixed it right, and followed up with me throughout. If you need an attorney that not only works for you, but works with you as well, give her a call. You won't be dissappointed!

I needed a lawyer who was not part of the "good ol' boy/gal" Dover, DE network. I found Melissa Hopkins threw the internet, and then having been so misused and abused by an array of Dover, DE attorneys I allowed the 2 previous ratings on this webpage to temporarily influence me. Thank God for prayer though because I came to my senses that there are a lot of negative, terminally dissatisfied people in this world, and unfortunately they are the ones most likelyl to write derogatory reviews. Even my former NJ attorney has received a scathing review, and he is and was an excellent attorney. Well, I am writing to communicate specifically to the true and earnest seeker for a solid lawyer that if you want an attorney in Dover, DE, who will be an advocate for you and not hustle you for big bucks that you don't have but that you need to borrow and beg in order to get a divorce, etc., then give Melissa Hopkins a call. Be assured, she can place the opposing counsel in checkmate. Shalom!

This has been the worst experience of my life dealing with her n her office. The lack of communication is unbelievable!!! I can't express my disappointment enough!!

She did not work hard in my defense. She was intimidated by a bigger northern attorney. Hopkins even had no defense when my ex's attorney got an order to make me pay for my ex's attorney fees.
