Poor communication between client and lawyer. He employs delay tactics to extract money from his clientele, and when he screws up or makes a mistake, blames it on the court system. Definitely an overpriced, over bloated, and egotistical lawyer. Attorneys like him give the rest of the profession a bad name.

Mr. Hernandez set up a trust for my parents stating in his own information that a purpose was to distribute assets promptly and efficiently after death, however when both trustees were deceased, not much was done after 5 months but he had already gone through the retainer. After sending a letter of dissatisfaction, he inundated me with papers and continued to charge excessively (e.g., for dropping off a letter to his office), & provided little communication. I dismissed him asking for all documents pertaining to the case. He did not include all documents when I went to his office and then charged me to send back an omitted one. He also continued doing things after I believed him to be dismissed. At such a difficult time of death of a loved one, I feel he took advantage of the situation due to his knowledge but feel he lacks in morals. I also don't feel he represented me (successor trustee) in my best interest. This process that was supposed to be prompt & efficient was NOT!
