I had criminal evidence against my husband for forgery, drug abuse and child abuse, Laura advised me poorly resulting in preventing me from using this evidence in court so I lost everything important to me, my son, primarily. She told me it would cost another $50K to locate money hidden in my husband's country of origin and in the end, I received 6 years maintenance for a twenty year marriage where I worked in the home as a homemaker. I've had to move in with relatives and be away from my son in another state as I can't afford to pay the maintenance costs of a rental home that the court ordered my ex-husband to pay half of those which he has refused and pay for my own cost of living as well. Laura Shapiro appealed for my savings and securities in their entirety, and got them, and billed me approx. $80K in the time span of three months of work for a divorce. I am broke, without my son and living with relatives in another state. She was unconcerned for me or my son.
