Previously listed complaints are in line with my experience. Paper work was regularly lost. Office personnel could not remember my name or details of meetings/conversations. Para legal was incompetent, attempted to cover his mistakes with claims of telephone calls/conversations we never had. When I had finally had enough I was amazingly given an itemized bill that was to the cent, exactly what I had given them on retainer, several hundred dollars. Unprofessional doesn't come close to describing this organization. Mr. Tamke assured me he was a "faith" based attorney in our first appt. Shame on you Sir!

I felt that the woman at the front desk was very abrasive and short tempered. I also experienced problems with paperwork being misplaced. They are definitely disorganized and unprofessional.

His assistant is extremely rude and lacks communication skills.They asked for paperwork they already had and couldn't tell me two days later if they received a time sensitive fax they wanted. I have made 2 appointments and both had to be changed due to improper scheduling on their part. I handed the assistant $1000 cash, she gave me a receipt and closed the glass window without a word. Standing there with a question I wanted to ask, she opened the window and said "what"? They are VERY unprofessional.
