This lawyer is a complete scam. He agrees with your positions when you discuss with him, but on trial he go against you on whatever has already been discussed and agreed, he will join the opposing party's lawyer to go against you at trial. He has the dare to scam everybody including the judge in the supreme court trial. His scam should be exposed in all levels of courts. I have multiple legal actions against him on going. This lawyer should be permanently banned from practice.

Mathew Brandon delt with My family case it was a 5 day trial he was great he asked the right questions and had our judge even impressed with the way he was prepared. He is also a very attentive and asked the apposing party great questions I would recommend Mr Brandon to others and family members.

My husband and I saw Matthew after seeing a couple of different family-law lawyers regarding our shared custody situation. We found him to be the most helpful, straight-forward, knowledgeable, and personable. We appreciated his legal advice, and went back to him a second time when we needed additional advice. We'd definitely go back to Matthew for any family law legal advice or representation.

I cannot imagine why this site will allow negative ratings to be registered against such a caring and effective lawyer. He was my lawyer and there is no way any honest person could call him scatter-brained. The negative reviews have to be from disgruntled people who were represented by people other that Matt Brandon, and who lost because of his effectiveness as a lawyer.

My son visited three lawyers before deciding on Mathew Brandon. Sadly, his wife had left him the day before Christmas taking their baby with her leaving him feeling very alone as his family all live in the U.K. Matthew was both kind and compassionate and gave some very sound advice. I would definitely recommend this lawyer and we as a family will always be grateful to him.

After being with my spouse for over 23 years I decided to separate and was going through a very difficult divorce and property division process. Aaron Lessing was the solution to my problem. I tried mediation, negotiation and JCC (Judicial Case Conference) and found myself going nowhere. On the recommendation of a friend I found Aaron. He was understanding, knowledgeable, confident and very supportive. His assistant Nikki Brown made sure I was kept up to date with all the documents (thanks Nikki) and the support of is associate Kevin Groves was great. Unlike other lawyers I tried, he kept in touch and always returned my calls promptly. Aaron knows family law in depth. I met Matt Brandon while transitioning from the UBC Student Advocacy Office to being a lawyer. He planted the seed and gave me the wings to fight for academic freedom and bring justice to the unfair and unequal fight between faculty and students at the time when UBC lack the Ombudsperson for students or any internal conflict resolution mechanism! The case gathered momentum and it is in the BC Supreme Court in the discovery process. The public needs to be informed about the discriminatory practices employed by UBC - A Place of Mind. Mr. Brandon is honest and effiecent. He is accountable for his fees and does not try to over charge you for unecessary legal fees. He is realistic as to what to expect with your personal legal proceedings and does not make any false promises. he is easy going and relaxed which helps to alleviate some of the stresses that can occur when dealing with legal matters.

I didn't actually use Mr. Maggoire but I did have a consultation with him. He appeared to be honest. What really stood out about him is he couldn't help me with my issues but did the unexpected, called around and found an attorney who could help me. He wasn't being paid for this. I must say all lawyers are not just looking for money there are still people who will help you when you least expect it. I would highly recommend this attorney based on my personal experience. First impressions are lasting ones.
